Just IGNORE the bird on the bottom right.. terrible. But it will be fixed.. eventually. In the mean time let's celebrate the fact that I finally drew feet.
ah you didn't tell me you put the updated one up! it's coming along fantastically. i like where you cropped it, i think it adds a lot to it and i lovee all the movement you've created with all the different directions... and YAY feet!! :)
I think there's an interesting feel to this drawing. The feet look really interesting, the parrot has beautiful colors, and there's almost a Nightmare before Christmas theme to it, don't you think? Good job!
I love how the parrot looks! That just stands out to me. I love the shading on the clothing of the pirate as well as on the birds. I would just clean up those little bits of white showing through (like the between the water and sky, that stands out).
